Casino Kesher just blocks accounts. Participation in giveaways is forbidden – everything is forbidden with them. And I ran into this problem: before that I had several accounts, I participated in giveaways, but then they blocked them, and I agreed with that. But today, 27.05.2025, this happened: I requested a withdrawal of 24,000 rubles and three hours later they blocked my account. Two weeks before that I wrote to support asking if I created a new account could I participate in giveaways and withdraw, and the answer was you need to deposit, play through 3x and from the giveaway 1x – I did that, but I couldn’t withdraw because I lost the funds. Then I contacted support again to clarify that if I win next time will I be able to withdraw funds, and the answer was you need to play through 1x and then you can withdraw. I asked support questions like if I have one account can I participate in giveaways and enter promo codes, and if I have several accounts can I only play with deposited funds. That part was clear to me. And today I won in a giveaway, played and won 24,000 rubles, put it up for withdrawal, and they blocked my account. There is no access to support because they just block it so you can’t message them. After that my husband started messaging them, and then another person started writing completely different things, like that you can’t participate in giveaways if you were once in other accounts (while they told me the complete opposite) and they started insisting they were right, but that’s not true at all. I ask you to unblock my account and return my money. Because Kesher deliberately told me one thing in support, and then something completely different. I can’t provide screenshots because they don’t let you open support after blocking it.
