Cat Casino: No balance payouts of 5,000,000 RUB for more than a day

Good afternoon.
I have been registered on this site for more than 1.5 years. There were no problems. The account was fully verified.
On 03.07.23 I made a deposit to the casino. As a result I was able to increase the balance by 200. The first withdrawals were without problems. But while they were being processed I continued to play. After reaching the weekly withdrawal limit, I waited until Monday to request a withdrawal. During the week one of my cards was blocked by the bank. I had it reissued. I provided the changed card details to the casino. But they started demanding a certificate of reissue. The bank doesn’t give that certificate just like that. After calling all the hotlines and visiting branches the certificate was obtained. And provided to the casino. The card was confirmed. I put the first amount of 150k up for withdrawal. But the request has been pending for more than a day. Although in chat they told me 24 hours is the maximum. They reply with templates.
I understand they need to buy time. But while they are buying time, the balance is already 5,000,000.
And in my personal opinion the casino is waiting for me to lose the whole balance.
