Cat Casino: tournament winnings not credited for 3 weeks and account blocked
Complaint from artmozg123 to CatCasino dated 12/31/24
I won a tournament back on December 9. Catcasino should pay out 22,500 rub.
I have all the screenshots, I also gave them to support in the chat.
Screenshots of the conversations are available too.
In chat they keep passing me to email, saying the claim is under review, and it’s been like that for three weeks.
They also ignore emails.
They kept saying the winnings would be credited, but instead they blocked my account and keep passing me around…
