Complaint from Sportsmen to CatCasino dated 10/11/21
I made a deposit for a bonus, successfully cleared it and set it to withdraw, after which they took my entire winnings.
They accused me of violating rule 9.8, 2. The player reduces the bet after a big win and/or switches to playing low volatility games
I have been playing at online casinos for more than 15 years and never had any problems. Account fully verified, I did not exceed the bet while clearing the bonus, I played honestly and did not use any strategies.
I am 100 percent sure that I did not break the casino’s rules.
I played honestly. If a player reduces the bet, is that a violation? If I hit a slot payout, is that also a violation? If a slot plays differently at different stakes, is that a violation too? I played several slots and on the contrary increased the bet after a win. Let the casino publish the full history of games, how I played, which slots, at what bets, etc.
A big list of casinos know me as a player and will confirm my honesty in terms of play!
I hope this is just a mistake and the casino won’t lose a player like me!

This situation arose because there was a violation of bonus rule 9.8.II: “Bonus abuse means:
II) The player reduces the stake after a big win and/or switches to playing with low variance”
This rule is necessary to ensure the normal functioning of our casino’s bonus policy.
In this case the player was playing several slots simultaneously, while in one of the slots the stake was high relative to the other slots. Accordingly, after the win on the large stake the player continued to play out the bonus at a low stake, thereby violating this rule. Due to this violation the casino winnings were forfeited.
Unfortunately, in this case we must insist on strict compliance with this rule, since bonuses are only a gift from the casino and it is the casino that regulates how this gift will be used. If a player disagrees with this rule, we do not recommend playing with bonuses here.
The casino has been blacklisted.
