CatCasino: repeatedly reopened my account and refused to close it again
Complaint from Alex_ to CatCasino dated 10/23/23
I repeatedly contacted catcasino requesting a permanent account block, the account is not blocked, they keep sending advertising to my email, they refuse the block for contrived reasons (personal manager is off duty, etc.)
On 06.10 I received confirmation that a permanent account block had been set.
On 20.10 advertising offers started arriving; when I asked about it I found out that the block had been removed without my request at the casino’s initiative.
21.10 – multiple refusals to set the block.
