Good afternoon. I’ve been playing at this casino for quite a while. Over the past month I sent two requests asking to block my gaming account with no possibility of recovery and no possibility to re-register using passport details because I suffer from gambling addiction. I sent another request, but the account can be unblocked in 10 minutes via an email to support. After sending the request I deposited 46 000
Please block my account permanently and forbid the possibility of re-registering. I also think it is reasonable to refund my deposits of 46 000 since they were made after several requests for a permanent block

You unblocked the account twice, even though I emphasized that I suffer from a gambling addiction and asked not to be given the opportunity to play again.
I consider it dishonest of you to lie about a hole in the system. There are plenty of examples of how you unblocked accounts for other players in similar cases within 15 minutes.
I believe you should refund my last deposits.
