CryptoBoss Casino: bonuses disabled after my second deposit

Good evening, here’s the problem: I made 2 deposits for the welcome bonus – lost, then they credited some free spins, I got about 150-200 rubles from them, turned that into 1500 and withdrew, after the withdrawal I found out that they disabled my bonuses and didn’t explain why in chat. They offered to keep depositing and playing and they would turn the bonuses back on. But there’s a catch – my account is in the red, I haven’t used the third welcome bonus and if I start making deposits it will effectively disappear. I believe this place cheated me and deliberately disabled the bonuses. I read complaints here and saw similar cases, so it’s set up as a routine for them. I’m asking for help to sort out this situation
