Daddy Casino: stuck in verification, asked to withdraw to someone else's wallet for 875 USD

Hello, a very unpleasant situation occurred. I registered at this casino via a streamer’s link, made a first deposit of 100 euros with a 200% bonus (so 100 real + 200 bonus), although the wager was huge (x45), I barely managed to clear it and by the time I finished the balance was 797 euros.
I made a withdrawal request to the crypto wallet from which I had deposited, and it was denied. They asked me to go through verification. I sent proof of residence, passport, a selfie with the passport, they accepted everything, everything was okay.
I create another withdrawal request, it gets rejected again, marked “additional verification required”
I write to the casino live support, where they try to tell me that I can only withdraw my winnings to a card. Supposedly that’s their rule. When I asked them to send that rule, they sent a completely different clause that doesn’t mention cards at all. Fine, I thought it wasn’t a big deal, I sent the transaction statement, waited about 30 minutes, and they tell me they can pay out to crypto. So half an hour ago there was a rule and now it’s not needed?
And in order to process the withdrawal, they send me a text that I am supposed to email them. The problem is that the wallet specified in that text is some unknown wallet (not mine), that made me uneasy, like they’re trying to scam me here too, and so I came to ask for help on the forum.
I believe the casino is misleading customers (whether intentionally or due to a support agent’s mistake is up to you to decide), I ask you to allow me to have the winnings paid to the wallet I used for the deposit.

You need to confirm the withdrawal to your crypto wallet number. To do this you must send an email to kyc(@)daddy(.)casino – remove the brackets, in which write “Withdrawal to (your crypto wallet number) is correct”. After that create a withdrawal request and contact the support chat so they forward your request for review.
In your case the withdrawal is available to the method from which you made the deposit, since you received the winnings from a deposit bonus. If it had been a no-deposit bonus, by the casino’s rules such a win can only be withdrawn to a bank card.
Good evening, they made the payout, everything’s ok, it’s unclear why the casino took so long to do all this…
