I topped up via USDT TRC 4.4k rubles, won more than a million rubles and they aren’t withdrawing any amount to cryptocurrency. They also removed the method to Piastrix after the win, I can’t withdraw a million rubles.

I find it reasonable that the ban was issued incorrectly. They used to pay me out before, right?) Besides, I always play from deposits, which is already an argument – I’ve been an active player on Dragon from 2019-2021. I did not use any accounts other than my own, I did not register duplicate accounts, sometimes I logged in from school and public Wi‑Fi to the site, and I logged in via VPN multiple times. I’m an active player, registered on the site for 5 years, so naturally there’s a chance that OVER 5 YEARS I might accidentally log in through someone’s unsecured public Wi‑Fi without a password or through a friend’s hotspot (maybe they were also registered, but I don’t know that). I hosted giveaways and drawings on your project, I’ll attach screenshots of successful giveaways from my channel and successful withdrawals. I also want to point out that this possibility allowed me to quit my job and finish my studies without stress – the game was also played on a deposit, so I shouldn’t have had any withdrawal limits.

1. You claim that I supposedly have duplicate accounts, and as a “concession” you offer to go through verification, zero out the balance and delete the so‑called “extra” accounts. However, I do not have other accounts, and you have provided no evidence of multi‑accounting. A logical question arises: what guarantees are there that the same situation won’t happen again in the future? Judging by your logic, there are none, since even now you are acting without transparency.
2. I repeatedly topped up the balance, often lost, then deposited again. Until the big win the withdrawals worked fine, consistently. However, as soon as I won a large amount for the first time, “problems” immediately appeared and the account was blocked. I want to note that all the funds were won/earned honestly by luck, without breaking the rules. I did not use prohibited schemes or create additional accounts to profit.

You are essentially admitting that you are willing to restore the account, but that you will annul the money. That looks like a standard scheme to refuse payment: the user is given a choice – either no account and no money, or an account but no money. In addition, there are no guarantees that this won’t happen again in the future.

I ask you to provide clear evidence of violations on my part (I may have used public Wi‑Fi in places like schools, grocery stores from 2020-2022, and also used a VPN). If there is no evidence, it is obvious that the block is aimed solely at avoiding payouts. In that case I reserve the right to contact the regulator, file complaints on relevant resources and spread information about this situation as widely as possible.

Baseless accusations without any evidence are unacceptable, even if you don’t publish the proof = the project is a scam.
You are sure you’re right and also don’t give clear answers or evidence, which makes your actions look like an attempt to avoid paying a huge sum relative to the deposit and the deposit/withdrawal statistics. You always paid me out until a big win, always allowed me to top up AND LOSE MY MONEY.

You claim that I have a re-registered account(s), but you have not provided any evidence that it was used to withdraw funds while abusing bonuses. The mere fact of an IP match is not proof of a violation, since there can be many reasons: shared Wi‑Fi, VPN, public networks, etc.

At the same time you yourself admit that you are ready to unban the account, but you zero out the balance. That is effectively a forced write-off of funds without a proven violation.

I discussed this matter with moderator Andrey, a streamer you cooperate with.

He was also interested in your position, according to which you refuse to provide evidence of violations, yet you block an active account and annul the balance.

In the screenshot I provided evidence that I regularly ran giveaways on the site in my Telegram channel, made deposits, lost them, and also withdrew funds multiple times.
