I read a complaint nearby about a person asking for a block because of gambling addiction and they didn’t block him. I’m on your side, friend. They’re scammers, 100%. About the button that refreshes in 24 hours – that’s true, I had the same situation, I took a 24-hour break and then the button stayed at 24 hours. I want many people to see this and never get involved with this casino!!!! They cheated you and were purposely extracting your money. I blocked myself through the chat even though they also lied to me and insisted that they don’t have a tool to block and that I should block myself. In the end they blocked me. Violating their own rules and their own words. Just a horrible place that totally cheats players everywhere and in everything. In the end I’m writing why you go against your own rules – they write “WE’RE a LOYAL casino”, it’s even funny. I said remove the block for the cashback, I’ll take it and then close the account. They don’t remove it for three days, purposely dragging it out so the cashback will expire. Supposedly the request is being processed. At first they told me 24 hours, then it became 48, then 72, then they said the issue will definitely be resolved by the cashback. So draw your own conclusions what kind of place this is. They lie about everything, cheat about everything, break their own rules and try to squeeze as much out of you as possible.

Of course it’s not related – they blocked me in 1 day but couldn’t unblock me in 4. What magic, of course not because of the cashback, naturally. You clowns, at least don’t make a fool of yourselves. It was said the same thing – 24 hours, then 48, then 72, then “until the cashback is decided” – in the end it wasn’t decided, of course not because of that. What a disgrace, ugh, the most disgusting establishment of all. Of course I accepted the refusal since the cashback burned out, and I will never set foot in your pigsty again and I hope people read this and see everything about the “most honest and loyal casino.” Frauds, con artists and cheats who break their own rules for their own benefit.

you didn’t block accounts yourself so how did you block it when I asked support? you only have a button. Inconsistency. But in the end you blocked it. why didn’t you give the guy a block so he wouldn’t lose money when he asked you? Because you wanted him to lose every last cent, since scammers never have enough, never enough. I already wrote above I’ll never play at your dump, you are the lowest of all establishments that exist and will exist. take your license to the toilet. Of course not, I wanted to get unlocked for the cashback that you deliberately dragged out so it wouldn’t be paid – for 4 or even 5 days you could calmly have withdrawn it. Your dump is blacklisted forever. Because you’re total scammers.
