In the morning I see the money is gone, I contacted chat and they told me I hadn’t rolled x3 from the deposit yet and I need to place bets totaling 6 thousand rubles, I did that and then contacted chat again and they told me it’s ok now to withdraw. I request a withdrawal, 2 minutes pass and the withdrawal is cancelled, I ask support again why? They tell me the finance department decided and I need to roll x3 from the deposit again – that’s 18 thousand, I was betting live on baccarat and did pretty well, and they clarified that for the x3 roll only bets on slots count and live bets don’t. Is this normal at all??? I’ve never seen such nonsense, then I went to play slots and of course I lost everything. A month passed, yesterday I made a new deposit for the welcome bonus – the third and last one, I put in small amounts of my own money not bonus money, in chat I asked if I can cancel the bonus and withdraw the money since I was playing with real money, they told me I can, I asked how long the withdrawal would take, they answered 1-2 hours and a maximum wait time up to 4 hours, I went to sleep again, 9 hours pass, no payout and in chat they answer – your payout is under additional checks by the casino administration, wait time up to 72 hours. I passed account verification in the first days after registering at the casino, my account is in the red, and they still refuse to pay out my money. And I also want to point out that a payout can be cancelled at any moment and the money lost, which seems to be the whole plan.
