On 29.12.2024 I made a deposit via SBP transfer in the amount of 10,500 rubles, the deposit still has not arrived, in the history the deposit is shown as in process, I contacted support several times, filled out their form and attached the necessary documents, they accepted the request, but no response has come, they do not state any timelines.
