Drip Casino: regularly cancels payouts, citing additional verification for 1,800,000 RUB

Good afternoon, on June 1, 2023 I registered at Drip Casino but didn’t start playing, on August 19, 2023 I returned to their site and made a deposit of 30,000 rubles, from that amount I won 228,000 rubles and requested a withdrawal, immediately providing 3 photos for identity verification, namely a photo of my passport, a selfie with the passport and a screenshot of the Sberbank card since the card is virtual. After 4 and a half hours I contacted support to find out the withdrawal timeframes, support said the maximum review time for a payout is 4 hours, to which I replied that 4 and a half hours had already passed, and they answered that the payout check would take up to 72 hours without explaining the reasons. I went back to play and increased my balance to 359,000 rubles, put it on withdrawal and again asked support to freeze the account until the withdrawal was completed so I wouldn’t lose the funds or to remove my ability to cancel withdrawals so I wouldn’t gamble them away since I’m a gambler, but they refused my request and told me to wait. Closer to 5 a.m. MSK on August 20 I won 1,000,000 rubles and requested a withdrawal of the whole amount and went to sleep, and upon waking I canceled a couple of withdrawals and won a bit more, 75,096 rubles. After that I wrote to support asking on which date and at what time the payout checks would finish, and they told me that review times can already be more than 72 hours and that they are not even regulated. I believe the extra check was assigned so that I would lose everything during that time, please help in this situation, I have evidence since I record everything to a screen recording from the moment they assigned the additional 72-hour review, everything was recorded in detail.
