Hello, I came to this project just to play, made more than the minimum deposit, and soon had $1000 on the balance. I sent all the documents for verification, after several days I got a response asking for the same documents and a bank document from which the deposit was made (I agreed to this, since they always ask for it). Then another few days passed, support replies once a day and refers to the fact that this is not their problem but the problem of the specialized department, with which neither I nor this project can interact in any way. I really don’t know what to do anymore, I’m writing here hoping this might somehow help, later I’ll attach all the screenshots of their messages as proof of the review.
