FairSpin Casino: since 27 July 2025 I cannot see my $70 payout

Hello. I played through a calendar bonus at this casino and then went on to play. I raised the balance to $44, requested a withdrawal to crypto. A couple minutes later the payout was canceled. I made a deposit via crypto and tried again, but that didn’t help – they canceled it the same way. I contacted support, who told me that withdrawals are only available to Piastrix, which I haven’t used in a long time, but they don’t care about players and still insisted on withdrawing only to the Piastrix method. I chose Piastrix and was surprised when instead of $44 I was able to request only $40, even though the full amount was allowed for crypto. I canceled the withdrawal and went to the slots. I raised the balance to $74-76 and requested a withdrawal again – again not the whole amount, I don’t know why I couldn’t request my full amount to Piastrix, I’ve never seen this before. In the end I requested a withdrawal on 27.07.2025 and to this day they haven’t paid me. When I asked support – how long at most to wait for the withdrawal? The answer – from 15 minutes to several days. But more than two days have already passed and they still haven’t paid me. About the 10 days that the reps here write about, I’m hearing that for the first time and support is not aware of them, why???? I request that the money be paid out and that this casino’s rating be lowered.
