Hello, I played from 21.04.25 to 22.04.25 at the frends casino, I entered two promo codes (got 30r) the daily ones they give for 15r. From those I won 5500, decided to cash out, but they marked an error, and when I wrote to support they told me that I had violated the site rules, and they withdrew all funds from my casino account, and they are not refundable. As many of us know, hardly anyone actually reads the casino rules, and anyway if you give these bonuses, be kind enough that after a player wins some amount they can withdraw it, especially considering that deposits were made. One thing is when players with zero deposits win and try to cash out, I can understand blocking all non-withdrawable funds, but taking away winnings from players who made deposits, even if the win came from a 30r bonus, is just outrageous. Please help me sort out this situation and return my winnings.

Hello! From just the first line I understand that rule 8.3 was violated. Topping up via activation of promo codes / wheel spins / coin drops and other types of bonuses is only possible on the condition that the previous bonus has been fully used (withdrawal of the winnings / loss of the promo amount).
Hello, so what’s the point of your bonuses and the wheel then? I’d understand if someone who’s never deposited got lucky and then tried to withdraw, but what rules did I break? I had made deposits, so it follows that I didn’t break anything, I played for a long time, and managed to raise it to 5500 – you just stupidly confiscated it. Okay, you could’ve just returned the money to my account and told me that to withdraw it I need to make a deposit, wager it x3 and then withdraw calmly, but you didn’t even do that! Therefore, I ask you to return my winnings and approve the withdrawal! I’ll say it again: if, according to your rules, somehow when spinning the wheel or entering the daily promo code you don’t allow a person to withdraw when they win, then state that below the promo code that from these funds, if you get lucky, you won’t be able to withdraw, since all won money will go to the casino’s treasury!

There are only 500 activations, same with the wheel – yours can be spun every 15 minutes, and apparently that isn’t being given to everyone either? I asked you what’s the point of your daily promo codes and the wheel? If in reality it doesn’t matter whether you win some amount or not, you still won’t see the money, because the result is the same – everything ends up in the casino’s till! I honestly won 5500, even if some of it was from those 30r, so I’m asking you to return it to me and approve the withdrawal! Either cancel your daily promo codes, and the wheel too, and stop misleading players! Or just make some kind of daily cashback in addition to what VIPs get! I didn’t grind those 5500 for your casino’s coffers!

Hello, an answer to my questions was not provided in detailed form!I am waiting for your explanations about why you then provide daily promo codes for 15 rubles and a wheel spin every 15 minutes?? If in the end they just have to be flushed, and even if you’re lucky with a big win it won’t be possible to withdraw it, because you are violating the rules!
