Gama Casino: delays payment of 3,173 EUR for contrived reasons

Hello. I recently started playing at Gama casino, deposited 1,200 euros and grew my balance to 3,173 euros. At first they canceled the withdrawal because of verification, I sent everything. The second time they canceled the withdrawal, asked for another weird verification, I sent everything within half an hour. They assured me everything was fine and nothing more was needed and the payout would be quick, exactly 3,000 euros per day for my status. A day passed, no money was sent, and in chat they came up with a new program called “Know Your Customer”. Yes, that’s what it’s called. It means they can delay a payout for any period at their discretion. In chat they didn’t even give an approximate timeframe. From my play you could check in about 10 minutes where everything came from, but the delaying without reason and new made-up problems are annoying. Chat doesn’t give payout deadlines, replies with boilerplate phrases
