Hello.
It has been 4 months since my deposit at Get-X casino, yet the situation is still not resolved.
The complaint is filed based on a previously created claim that was closed prematurely:
The bonus solution proposed by the casino representative did not suit me, as it does not match the originally stated terms and contains additional payout restrictions. No alternative solutions were offered by the casino.
After my message demanding the return of the deposit, the casino has shown complete ignore for more than 2 months, which is confirmed by the correspondence in the general chat.
In addition, Vyacheslav does not respond to the situation in the general chat with the casino representative, which effectively blocks further resolution of the issue
Please pay attention to this situation and take measures to resolve it.

In the email dated 27.09.2025, a mistake was made, because of which the bonus was credited not in the stated form and the issue was handled with a delay; the responsibility for this lies with the company. As compensation, a bonus of 100 free spins at 20 rubles each was provided, that is, in amount and denomination higher than originally indicated in the mailing (100 free spins at 18 rubles).
From 06.10.2025 the bonus policy and technical implementation changed: bonuses without payout conditions are no longer issued, so it is impossible to offer “the same bonus, but without payout”. For the issued bonus, a higher payout limit relative to the bonus amount has been set.
No other bonus settlement options are provided for this situation; creating new complaints will not change the decision. If the proposed solution is unacceptable, the alternative is a refund of the deposit amount: for this you need to request a withdrawal of the deposit, after which the funds will be returned.
No one asked to reconsider or change the decision.
The choice in favor of returning the deposit was made by me more than 2 months ago, however my messages on this matter remained without any response from the casino, which is why a new complaint was created.
The option you suggested “to request a withdrawal of the deposit” is technically impossible, since the deposit amount is 2 245.16 rubles, while the minimum withdrawal amount is 3 000 rubles.
Therefore I ask you to provide a real mechanism for returning the deposit in this situation.
