Help me solve a huge problem with this site. Verification takes up to 14 days, that’s terribly long, I waited for a response but they refused verification, I consulted with an operator, then corrected things and submitted the application again, and again I waited a ton of time, and again a refusal came. And when I wanted them to block the account they refuse to block it because I didn’t pass this verification. According to the rules I need to take a photo of myself in front of the site, but I can’t provide that photo because I don’t have another device to do it, and to add that literally there is no one to take the photo of me, so they keep refusing. And here’s the core of the problem: when I submitted the application and uploaded the photos, all the data was saved on the site’s page and cannot be deleted, specifically all the data from my passport. It turns out if I abandon this site and stop playing, the chance of the account being hacked increases, and that hacker will also get all my passport data, phone numbers and card. I don’t know what to do or how to sort this out, either verify me since everything exists, or block the account to hide my document information.

What do you mean other information. First, your operator via Telegram resolved this issue, meaning the point was to provide the card I used to top up the balance – I sent it to you as a photo. Plus that card is linked to my phone number, and you’re asking me to provide that same card which has already been provided. Or it looks like you took the number of some random card if you’re asking about the last digits you sent me.
