Hello, this is about the online casino Golden Games. The thing is I requested a withdrawal of 30,836.32 rubles on March 20; considering their commission I should have been paid 28,819.32 rubles. Previously all money was always withdrawn though there were delays, but it was paid out – I’ve been playing there for a long time, and suddenly they started to stall. On the 21st I asked them about my withdrawal and they answered that there was a delay and they hadn’t managed it yet – fine, I believed them. On the 22nd I asked again about my payout; they started telling me about verification that I had already gone through before. At first they wanted to verify my WhatsApp for some reason, I agreed to go through verification with them again and I sent a scan of my passport. On the next day, the 22nd, I asked again about my payout, and they told me I didn’t pass verification because my passport photo was from before. Okay, I sent them the second page of the passport and that same evening I asked again what about my payout; they then told me that supposedly the edges were cut off in the photo, which is not true. I told them I would take a photo right now, not a scan, and send it so they could see there are no cut edges. They agreed, I sent that photographed photo, they accepted it and everything seemed fine. I asked them again, if everything is fine where is my payout, they said wait it will be soon – given that I’d received payouts and large sums before, I had nothing to worry about. Fine, I waited again. After some time I asked again where my payout was; they said verification was not finished and I needed to send a photo with the passport in my hand. I sent it, photographed myself with the passport and sent it; they told me again to wait for document confirmation and that they would pay everything, so I waited. The next morning, already March 23, I asked them where my payout was; they said your document has not yet been reviewed. Later I asked again about the payout, same answer. Then after some time I tried to log into my casino account and it wouldn’t let me in, password recovery didn’t work, as if the email doesn’t exist – in short, they blocked my account. I wrote to them on WhatsApp and asked why they blocked me and why they won’t get in touch and won’t pay the winnings; I sent them everything they asked for, they don’t respond. I never violated anything, always played fairly, and they without reason just dragged things out even though I gave them everything they asked for and in the end blocked me without any payments. I called and wrote to them – as soon as they heard my voice they immediately hung up. I always received payouts before this case, and I don’t understand what this strange situation was. I ask you to look into this and influence them so they pay me my money. I attach screenshots of the communication with them, and understand correctly, in the heat of it there was some hotheadedness, and there are some swear words in the correspondence with them – nerves aren’t iron after all.
