Honey Money Casino: intentionally and unintentionally delays withdrawals

Everything is painfully simple – liked the casino, seemed okay, the first withdrawal (roughly my own deposit) came through like a bullet, but not without verification, of course. Now they’re literally dragging out the withdrawal, considering it’s small, support won’t give any timeframes, I’m asking a representative to help with this situation

Adding that the support agent told me I can withdraw to crypto, even though I hadn’t made a deposit from it – I cancel the withdrawal – switch it to crypto – they reject it for the reason: withdrawal must go to where the deposit came from. In the end I resubmitted it. To anyone reading this complaint I strongly do not recommend playing on this project and preferably not on this network, when there are industry giants like vavada, dragon money and lately I’ve come to like ezcash – withdrawals are almost instant (imo, for those who like that)

According to the project’s rules, all withdrawal requests are processed within the regulated timeframes. In some cases, slight exceedances of the standard processing time are possible for reasons not directly related to the project (checks, specifics of payment methods, etc.).
Please note that all unsuccessful withdrawal requests were canceled by you before their processing was completed; after cancelling you continued your gaming session, so there was no actual delay on the part of the payment system.
Support did indeed recommend considering a withdrawal to cryptocurrency as one possible option, but there was no context about cancelling the current request.
As a result, your current withdrawal request was processed successfully and as quickly as possible.
