Hello, I registered via a streamer kyrsa, and he started doing “wheels“ on this project Hype. I started participating in such “wheels,” tried my luck and won on a wheel 1.000r. I in total cashed out 51.000r. I filled the profile, uploaded verification and topped up from my personal card 1.000r, to be able to withdraw (they had such conditions).
I placed a withdrawal via SBP for 51.000r on 29.01 at 22:55. I placed the withdrawal via SBP to my personal number. It was canceled after 8 hours, but I was still asleep at that time. They wrote that I needed to pass additional. verification, and two hours later they tell me, that my account violated the rules for multiaccounts, which I have never had in my life. I want them to provide those accounts to me, because they don’t exist. They annulled my funds and told me, to place the deposit they left, but I can’t withdraw the deposit, since the minimum withdrawal is 2.000r.
