Writing about an unusual problem: I was calmly spinning the Royal Easter slot and hit a combination that paid 40k rubles, but some kind of bug happened and I was credited only 10k rubles. I got a line of the top symbol that pays 10k rubles, and two x2 multipliers that should have multiplied the win, but as you can see in the screenshot, visually it shows a 40k win, while in fact only 10k was credited. The casino does not provide clear answers and says: “The provider checked the round and can confirm that it was successfully completed and synchronized. The total win for this round amounted to 10,000 RUB. There were no errors on the site’s side, all bets were completed and settled correctly.” Please help resolve this issue and get the rest of the payout.
