iWild Casino: Withdrawal canceled on 01.03.2025 and 187 USD deducted

Hello, please help me figure out the problem with withdrawing my funds from Casino Iwild. I received a no-deposit bonus on the Iwild casino platform. After successfully wagering it, 2500 rubles were credited to my main balance (this is the maximum amount after wagering the bonus). Then I passed verification and made a deposit of 2000 rubles. After the successful top-up I decided to play a bit at the casino. My balance showed my deposit of 2000 rubles plus 2500 rubles from the wagered bonus. After increasing the balance I decided to withdraw the money from the account, but then I received a message about a deduction from the account in the amount of 13502.8 RUB with the note (Maximum possible withdrawal amount from no-deposit bonuses: 2500 RUB). Okay, I already wagered the bonus and 2500 rubles were on my account and I was already playing with my own funds – where did my deposit go? Please help return my money and withdraw it.
