I registered at this casino about six months ago, no problems, I made quite a few deposits and withdrawals, and then I ran into this situation:
On the night of 18.04 I decided to play, made a deposit, won, and thanks to my own stupidity lost it all again down to zero, as usually happens. Then I made a few more deposits, and on the last one the RTP must have kicked in because after a long time I managed to put 850,000₽ up for withdrawal. I requested the withdrawal and, barely containing my emotions, tried to fall asleep hoping the money would arrive in the morning, since previous withdrawals took at most 7-8 hours. But in the morning I found myself logged out of the account. I wrote to support, the personal manager replied that the finance department is doing a check, and that was it – it’s now been almost a full day.
I have nothing against the casino, everything about it suits me, and many friends play there and never had this happen. I’m just really stressed about this situation because it’s been a day and I still can’t access my account. There were similar checks before but without locking the account, and they were much faster.
