Jet Casino delayed payout of 4,000 rubles
Complaint from Xo4yHaMope to Jet Casino dated 12/16/21
The situation is this: the casino won’t pay out 4000 ₽. I played through the no-deposit spins, after which the amount became available for withdrawal. I requested a withdrawal of 4000 ₽, then contacted live chat support to ask if everything was OK with my request and account, and got a clear answer that everything was fine, the account is verified, wait for the payout. After a few hours of waiting I saw the request cancelled. I asked what was wrong? I got this answer:
Mikhail, you need to make a deposit of 4000 ₽ and wager it three times. According to rule 14.7.2 of the “Terms and Conditions” section: “In the event of receiving a no-deposit cumulative bonus, the Company reserves the right to request the client to make a deposit equal to the amount of the wagered bonus funds on the balance at the time of the withdrawal request, but not less than 1 000 ₽, and to triple-wager the deposited amount.”
They changed their tune out of nowhere.
