I asked support what the problem was, and they replied that I sent the money somewhere else, not to them. So the question is, did I somehow make up a phone number myself and send the money there? The casino is blatantly lying. This is a transfer to SIM (copied and pasted), it is not even Sberbank where you have to choose a bank and can make a mistake. I ask the casino to open its eyes and find this deposit
