The casino LUCKY BEAR made a deposit on August 18, 2025 in the amount of 10,072 rubles – today it’s already October 01, 2025 and it’s still not there. I have contacted tech support repeatedly, sent all account statements, the receipt, and a video from the online bank personal account. This project takes no decisions – every day they just postpone consideration of the appeal to the next day in the casino personal account. It’s also very difficult to reach tech support, they reply once every month-two months, and even then only if they reply at all.

@lbteamlb​ Hello, I actually filed an appeal right away, but your operators and the site were blocking me and constantly ignoring my requests, so my top-up was on August 18, 2025, I attached all the documents immediately, and your site ignored them, as did your managers – many of them are scammers, they promised to help, I made another top-up to one person’s card and he promised to return 12 thousand to the balance, but in the end neither money nor deposits, nothing, and just continuous ignoring.
