The casino LUCKY BEAR made a deposit on August 18, 2025 in the amount of 10,072 rubles – today it’s already October 01, 2025 and it’s still not there. I have contacted tech support repeatedly, sent all account statements, the receipt, and a video from the online bank personal account. This project takes no decisions – every day they just postpone consideration of the appeal to the next day in the casino personal account. It’s also very difficult to reach tech support, they reply once every month-two months, and even then only if they reply at all.
