hello, the deposit didn’t arrive, please expedite it MPS-42647 account ID 334197837. also they’ve been dragging out verification for 9 days already and won’t verify the account, I wrote to moderator meilstroya asking to speed up verification, and got a refusal!!!

@mellstroycasino I don’t recommend playing at this casino – worse than 1win!!! PUT THIS CASINO ON THE BLACKLIST!!! Mellstroy can’t do anything in their own casino, they don’t resolve complaints for 3 months. They haven’t been able to check a VIP player’s verification for 13 days already, for which money was lost and there’s no way to withdraw. The manager is lying that they’ll speed this up.
