Melbet Casino: unable to withdraw $337 after Piastrix was disconnected
Complaint from Grindan to Melbet Casino dated 4/22/24
Good day! The situation is simple: Melbet removed Piastrix (main deposits). When withdrawing to the card (I had also used it for a deposit) it gets declined with an alleged operator error. I used SBP to make a deposit – I rolled it back – it gets declined saying I supposedly didn’t make the deposit. Support, whether the first, second, or third agent, are completely useless, constantly passing me around to each other. In the end it’s become impossible to withdraw funds. Thanks for any help
Amount 31,655 rubles
P.S. right now withdrawal is refused for any withdrawal method chosen. It doesn’t even get to the initial approval
