MiniCas Casino: my 10,000 RUB deposits missing since 10.05.2025

Hello, dear administration of Latest.
On 10.05.25 I made a deposit via the SBP1 method at Mini casino for 5003 rubles, and on 11.05.25 I made a deposit for 5008 rubles – as of 12.05.25 21:50 MSK the deposits had not arrived. When contacting the project’s support the operator answered that they “sent the payments for verification”, as I understood to the payment system called 1Plat. Over the next 2 days I asked the project’s support several times whether they had received an answer, to which they replied – unfortunately there is still no response regarding the deposits. I decided to contact the payment system support, sending them the transaction ID, and they sent me back to the project’s support, after which the payment system support completely stopped reading my messages and just ignored me (they were online like a hundred times, but haven’t replied since). Here I have a complaint against both the project and the payment system. To the first: when will this issue finally be resolved and why, knowing about such problems, do you not try to fix it, using this extremely unreliable payment system? To the second: if the payment system is involved here, why does your support ignore requests and all sorts of pleas to resolve YOUR problem? There is absolutely no connection between the casino and the payment system, running after you and writing: help, credit it – is pointless. Also Mini casino has a technical problem with the appeal submission page: if the payment failed, a form appears – attach the receipt. Well, it DOES NOT work at all, the support does not react to this in any way, where and HOW am I supposed to send appeals if this DOES NOT work?
