Monro Casino: bonuses unjustifiably disabled on a negative balance account
Complaint from Andrey_777 to Monro Casino dated 3/7/24
They disabled the weekly reload bonuses – free spins and 50% on deposit
1) Account is in the red by about 100,000.
2) The amount of deposits (my own money) exceeds the amount of bonus money received by about 30-40 times.
3) I’ve taken 15 deposit bonuses and a couple of no-deposit cashback bonuses over time, lost all 15, RTP is at rock bottom.
There were no violations or any kind of abuse, so the question arises on what grounds they disabled them?
Support answered me: the casino administration decided so! Don’t you find that decision ridiculous?
I ask the Latest administration to review this situation and decide to add this place to the blacklist for fraudulent actions.

Disabling bonuses on an account is not a reason to add a casino to the blacklist.
Any casino can do that and even close a player’s account if they don’t owe them anything at the time of closure.

I will note that the casino reserves the right to review the size and frequency of bonus offers on an individual basis if it considers that the user is receiving a disproportionate amount of bonuses relative to the ratio of deposits made and bonuses received on them

Hello, the appeal was 1.5-2 months ago. I received an answer that I didn’t violate anything and that reloads were disabled at the discretion of the administration. I tried to arrange through the chat for the operator to pass this information to the casino administration so they could look into the matter, but I was refused. That’s why I filed a complaint, because I couldn’t come to an agreement any other way.

So that’s funny – you make a deposit of 10,000, get a bonus with free spins of 2-3,000, that’s 20-30% of the deposit and that’s considered disproportionate; and that’s even taking into account that I had VIP status and deposits without bonuses of 50-100k. I have no more questions for you, go play in your wonderful casino yourselves.
