I played at the casino, a bit on sports pre-match and live, funds were withdrawn from the account (40 and 30 thousand rubles), everything was fine. After playing at the casino I put in another withdrawal, but then they tell me my account is frozen, I need to send documents by email. They accept the documents, set a date and time for a call in Zoom, but at the appointed time the call doesn’t come, the link isn’t in the email (as promised) either. I wrote to the email three times saying nothing arrived – silence. The account is frozen, support is silent. I can’t play, I can’t withdraw either

UPDATE: they rescheduled the call, offered me a different time. They even sent a script to add it to the calendar. The call took place on 22.12.2025 at 12:03, I answered questions, showed the document. The account is still frozen, they said to wait, and added that usually the unfreeze happens quickly
