Motor Casino: refusing to pay $60 since 22.10.2025

Good day. I completed the full verification at Motor casino, I wrote that I would withdraw to crypto, they asked me to verify my card for some reason (I did it). Then I put the money up for withdrawal by the cryptocurrency method – it goes into processing and just hangs for 14 hours. I decided to ask why they can’t process the withdrawal so long – and support tells me that the crypto withdrawal method is not available to me, only the card method for the protection of my funds. This is just ridiculous.
PS. There are people who deposited with crypto and they also are not allowed to withdraw to crypto, only to the card method
I ask you to influence this outfit and help withdraw the money to a crypto wallet
