Hello, please help, I was playing at this casino yesterday on the site, I requested a withdrawal in 2 requests. For 6000 one request came through, the 2nd did not, I wrote to support, they insist that they paid the 1st request via Wildberries. They sent me all the receipts, although the receipts say: Sberbank payout and from Tinkoff, they insist that the payout arrives within up to 5 business days, but they provided receipts from Tinkoff and Sberbank, there is no Wildberries receipt, they tricked me. They are not withdrawing my money.

Support requested a video from the sender; it’s already the 4th day and he still hasn’t provided it.

Every 5 days they ask for a bank statement, supposedly they sent the money, well there’s no money, after sending the document they write “wait another 5 days”, basically they stole the money
Today I sent the statement again ,long story short they need to be put on the blacklist,alas I didn’t receive the money
You can close it, they returned it to the balance I successfully withdrew.thanks to the site
