Look, February 28, 2024, I topped up my balance with 2000 rub, lost it, decided to top up again, and my phone number didn’t copy so I accidentally sent a second transfer to the same number, I wrote to support, provided them with everything, they keep feeding me empty promises though they promised to resolve the issue within 4-5 days, now it’s already been 16 days and still nothing
