Hello! Sorry for the late reply. You were credited a free bet of 8000 rubles with promo code KZDAY2 2021-12-18 18:19:46 GMT+6 on bet 936257791. Today we credited an additional 1000 rubles to the free bet balance, because on bet 934010568 you were supposed to receive 9000 rubles of free bet.

You were supposed to be credited a free bet for promo code KZDAY2. The qualifying bet was – 934010568. While the issue was being reviewed, you placed another bet (936493715) and received a free bet for that promo code – 8000 rubles. It was credited on 18.12.2021.
Since for the first bet (934010568) you would have received 9000 rubles, today they gave you an extra 1000 rubles. In total it comes to 9000 rubles.
Everything is correct.

Did you even read what I wrote? Where did you see “All correct”? BLASTFINAL was the code used on the 18th, for the lost qualifying bet I received an 8000 rub freebet that day and my screenshots are proof of that. For that earlier code, where they didn’t give the freebet. That code was different – KZDAY2 – and the qualifying bet was different: 934010568. For it they just gave a 1000 rub freebet today, instead of the 9000 rub owed.
Unfortunately, the conditions of the promo code BLASTFINAL were not met. You had to pick events with odds of 1.8 or higher. In the bet that was placed (936493715) they were: 1.75, 1.69, 1.52. The bet did not meet the conditions for that promo code, but it did meet the conditions for KZDAY2. So for KZDAY2 – 8,000 rubles + 1,000 rubles were credited, which totaled 9,000 rubles. And the promo code BLASTFINAL was not used and expired.
