POBEDA Casino misleads players about a first-deposit bonus with a 25x wagering requirement

Hello! I registered at Casino Pobeda and took the first deposit bonus 125% with a wager of 25. I deposited 1000 rubles. So I have to play through 1000 x 25 = 25000 right? But when I went into my account I saw that the amount I have to wager is 31,250 Ք Of course I was outraged and started writing to support chat and here’s the dialogue we had:

Wager x25 applies not to the deposit amount, but not to the bonus.
Deposit 1000 rubles.

Calculation formula: 1250 rubles x 25 = 31 250 the wagering amount.
It’s written in black and white that the bonus is for the first DEPOSIT, not for the bonus amount. My deposit is 1000, so the calculation should be based on that.

So, since this is a bonus on the first DEPOSIT, I need to wager the deposit amount 25 times (1000 x 25) and after I finish wagering it, I should receive a 125% bonus on the first deposit.
What you’re writing is nonsense. If I need to wager 31,250 from the first deposit (1000 RUB), then the wagering requirement simply comes out to 31.25, and that’s it.
Otherwise, you should have written in the bonus description that the wagering is 25x on the bonus amount from the first deposit, but there is nothing about that.

On the screenshot you provided the bonus name is shown: “125% bonus on 1st deposit”. That doesn’t say anything about the size of the wager requirement at all. But it does mean that you receive a 125% bonus on the amount of your 1st deposit. That is, you deposit 1,000 rubles and receive an additional 1,250 rubles in your account. So you have 2,250 rubles in your balance to play with.
BUT!
The wager on deposit bonuses in the vast majority of cases is calculated like this: B*Wr or (B+D)*Wr, where Wr is the size of the wager requirement, B is the bonus amount, D is the deposited amount.
Thus in your case: 1250*25=31250 rubles. The casino representative explained it to you correctly.

The breakdown is like this (1250+1000)x25=56250 in total. Also, why should I wager a bonus that’s not even in the account? I would understand if they had credited it to the account right away and I played with it and used those funds to clear the bonus.
Therefore, since the bonus is on the first DEPOSIT, I have to wager the deposit amount 25 times (1000×25) and after I wager it I should receive the first deposit bonus of 125%.

The fact that this scheme is not clear to you does not mean that it is not used or that it has not been applied in its variation (B*Wr) in your case. Please don’t twist things – I gave you an explanation specifically for your case.
To avoid any misreadings and misunderstandings, just read the bonus T&C. If you do not find provisions there about the order of wagering the bonus – that’s another matter. And it means the casino has opaque and unfair Rules and terms. That’s a different issue, as I repeat.
And third.
Before calling someone an idiot (so you don’t look bad afterward), try first to understand the subject; it’s quite possible you simply haven’t clarified it for yourself yet.
You receive the bonus only after wagering it with the amount of your deposit. The playthrough is 25x the bonus amount. It’s all written very clearly!
I’m tired of arguing with you and I’m sticking to my opinion. Since you have written bonus on the first DEPOSIT(!!!) 125% with a 25x wager!

Yes, that’s right: it’s a first-deposit bonus. But the bonus comes with terms that say the wager is calculated on the amount of the bonus due. It’s just that Pobeda casino originally set up the bonus mechanics in a way that misleads people: the deposit amount actually remains on the balance and you might think the wager is calculated on that amount. But in reality the wager is calculated on the bonus amount. So there’s really no point arguing here and there can’t be any other truth – therefore, sticking to “my opinion” is illogical.
The complaint is closed as resolved. The player should pay more attention to the terms of the bonuses they receive.
