I took a 100% bonus at this casino. The rules state the maximum win after wagering the bonus is x10 of the bonus amount, the bonus amount was 5,000 rubles so the maximum win amount is 50,000, after wagering the bonus the win amount was reduced to 45,000 rubles. 5,000 rubles disappeared into thin air.

There was no error in the bonus operation, the winnings were credited in accordance with the project rules and with the settings of this bonus. You can read more about the crediting of the maximum winning amount in the “Rules and conditions for bonuses” section, item 15.
15. The maximum win from a deposit bonus is x10 of the original bonus amount (unless stated otherwise). When wagering a mixed bonus, the original bonus amount (x1) is returned to the real balance first, then you receive the remaining winnings subject to the maximum win (x9).

The bonus rules are very dishonest. How I see it in real terms: I make a deposit, I have 5,000 real and 5,000 bonus. If I win, say, a million from the real money then it’s mine; if I lose then there’s a chance to play with the bonus with a max win of x9 instead of x10. Put this in the bonus rules, don’t sugarcoat players’ brains – hundreds will write about this problem.

Okay, so that means next time I can make a deposit of 5000, get a 5000 bonus and withdraw my deposit back immediately to my card since that’s real money that’s credited right away as you say, and only after that play through the wagering requirement of the received bonus? Right?
Please close the complaint – the casino, as I thought from their marketing, would be top. After reading all the rules I decided I won’t play there, and I’d rather leave reviews on websites than get into trouble here. In their rules, you’re not even allowed to play disposable slots, that’s already a scam (I haven’t seen rules like that in about 7 years at any casino). Bonuses are all capped by winnings (while many other recently launched ones have no win limits). They were supposed to give the welcome bonus for 3 days but never did – I gave up on that service and started depositing. Overall the casino is not competitive at all in the market. Please close the complaint
