RamenBet Casino: free bets for deposits were not awarded in the Sportflix promotion

I was looking through complaints recently and saw that in the thread, under the Sportflix promo, free bets were not given out as written and stated in the description.
This is not a no-deposit promo, but a promo where you had to make deposits in the winter and then keep getting free bets all year, as the description said.
I was not credited free bets for Roland Garros, CS Major, and the FIFA World Cup.
After talking to support, they said they can make changes to the terms, so basically they can just screw people over and credit nothing?
Overall it says they are supposed to give out 20 free bets over the year, at this rate they will only hand out half of them.
Nice way to do things, what can I say, they collected the money – now they are changing the terms or whatever they are doing) And how many more people who deposited for these promos across their whole network got screwed.
Will they credit what is due and what the deposits were made for, or not?
For the first events they gave free bets for, they listed the dates, but for the later events and tournaments there were no dates, just the month, and that is where all this started.
