Good morning, on 01.09.2018 I made a deposit at the redbox casino in the amount of 1000 RUB under a 35 percent bonus, I successfully cleared the bonus, requested a withdrawal of 4500 RUB, and I still haven’t been paid anything. The casino rules state that payout time is up to 14,000, maximum 24 hours. Support, as always, gives the usual boilerplate phrases. On top of the 4500 I also won 12500, they are stalling me in the chat, please help resolve the issue
