Interesting sites do have a 4.0 scoring, of course. I registered, took the bonus, played around, had fun, racked up about 150k rubles. Account in EUR. I request a withdrawal – they only do Mastercard EUR, they supposedly disabled bitcoin (but they accept deposits through it). They told me to get a virtual card, I did, uploaded all documents for verification, at first they demanded to link a card, but the payment method is not available for deposit. After much hassle and receiving three contradictory instructions about what to do in this situation I uploaded a statement, they demanded the plastic card, but in the end they relented and accepted the statement, after which they immediately slapped a 14 working day account ban on me.

in this dump every guest has a personal manager, but no service at all, neither personal nor customer-oriented nor even remotely reasonable. Just the “conversion” of the account alone, which implies a total loss of balance, is telling. Support is active, but completely incompetent. A friend plays in rubles – he gets paid everything, but overall the whole setup looks insanely manipulative, there’s literally nothing to check in the account, deposits are clean BTC, a rollover in one night session. What’s annoying – their platform is generally pretty good and doesn’t lag, but the payout organization and everything else is bottom of the barrel.

and I can’t for the life of me understand what stopped them from paying the win manually or converting it at any rate into rubles and paying out by the methods they use to pay Russian residents, but not a single such offer was made.
