Warning-complaint not to deal with these scammers. I took free spins on a deposit and cleared them: I decided to withdraw 3000, but even placing a withdrawal turned out to be impossible without uploading docs, which I, with my long experience, am seeing for the first time. I uploaded the docs and set a 24-hour limit so I wouldn’t lose it. In the morning I got an email saying that the address confirmation was rejected because the photo was supposedly not clear, even though the photo of the bank statement was taken in excellent quality and was accepted even by rizk.com, who also gave me the runaround for several weeks. They reply once a day. They refuse to accept other photos by email, their answer: Your documents for address confirmation were rejected.
Now for a new upload of the photo of the payment receipt you need to go to your account in the “Address verification” section All other questions are ignored. They wrote the same in chat (they reply twice a day). A photo of the account is attached, the winnings are already gone.

During verification of this user’s account the documents were rejected due to incorrect attachment of the requested photos: the user uploaded documents into the wrong fields: documents intended for address verification were attached for identity verification, and documents intended for identity verification were attached for address verification.
At the moment the user’s account has been successfully verified, the withdrawal payment has been processed.
The issue with the user was resolved on an individual basis.
