Hello, I played through a no-deposit bonus at the Sons of Slots casino, started the verification on June 15, all documents were accepted, the status said they were processed and approved. On 2022-06-23 I made a deposit, I couldn’t request a withdrawal, support wrote that for some reason my address didn’t suit them, although they had accepted it and the document showed approved. I sent the document again, the next day it was checked and I requested a withdrawal on 2022-06-24, that withdrawal was canceled, they told me to send screenshots from the e-wallet, although I had emailed them on 20.06 but that email was somehow ignored. After sending and waiting for another response, once I received an email saying I could request withdrawals, I requested one on 2022-06-28, today 2022-06-30 I again received a cancellation of the withdrawal, even without being given information why it was canceled. Support shrugs and says they don’t know the reason, because the department that handles withdrawals didn’t inform them.
As a result I’ve been trying to verify and withdraw money from the casino for two weeks, which keeps re-requesting documents, canceling payouts and now doesn’t even give reasons for the latest cancellation. I believe the casino’s actions are aimed at making me lose all my money, I ask the forum for help with withdrawing the money.

Also, I’d like to add that on their site it says withdrawals are within 72 hours, and it doesn’t say business/working hours, but in email replies they say it’s 72 working hours.

The new withdrawal was cancelled too, with $75 taken from my account, citing that you can’t withdraw more than $100 from a single bonus, but there were 2 bonuses. Another cancellation without any explanation of the reason!!!

They aren’t withdrawing funds, a new withdrawal was made. They’re breaking the 72-hour rule.
Today 15.07.2022, the withdrawal request was made on 07.07.2022, the casino is really stalling for time and waiting for me to lose my money!! In support they answer all kinds of nonsense….
They canceled the withdrawal request without explaining the reason, or rather they wrote that everything is fine now and you can request a withdrawal, only they’ve been saying that for the 5th time) apparently the casino has no money, I posted on several other forums, the casino doesn’t reply to any of them
After I posted this problem on English-language forums, they immediately wrote to my email saying that for technical reasons they supposedly couldn’t pay me out for a month, and now today they’ll process it manually. I’ll wait and report back as the problem gets resolved; also, there will still be an issue to be resolved about them unfairly deducting part of the winnings.
The money was withdrawn, only the issue with the bonus being deducted incorrectly remains, but this complaint can be closed, thanks
