Spinago Casino still delaying a 330,000 RUB payout after profile check and document upload

Hello, the SPINAGO casino is not paying out a win of 330,000 r.
I’ll start with the fact that before I started playing at this place I decided to go through verification right away so that there wouldn’t be problems with withdrawals later! So I contacted support, where they checked my documents and immediately asked me to redo the selfie with my passport because the elbow wasn’t visible. After support confirmed the documents and said that my account was fine and I could play, I started getting to know the place. All screenshots of the correspondence with support are attached. The first two deposits were unsuccessful, a few days later I decided to try again and made a deposit, and this time Fortuna smiled on me – I decided to withdraw 330,000 r. And here the most interesting part begins. The first withdrawal was canceled, an email arrived asking why your name differs from the information provided in your profile.. When filling out the profile I wrote the name Irina, by passport in Latin Iryna.
I write to support, they send a request to the manager for a correction, two hours later I write to them to find out about the decision, and they reply that the issue is resolved. I request a withdrawal again – canceled again, I write to support and they ask me once more to reupload a selfie with the passport, and the passport, I upload again, request a withdrawal and wait, support checks and again asks why it doesn’t match your profile, to which I sent a screenshot that this issue was resolved. I request a withdrawal again, canceled again, I write to support, they ask to send a selfie with a note on a lined sheet with the date and the casino name. I uploaded it and support approved it. I request a withdrawal again but the funds still are not withdrawn, citing that payouts are processed in order of queue. Help resolve this issue!
Why couldn’t all these issues have been sorted out before I started playing when I first contacted support!!!

As I thought, they’re not really in a hurry to pay out the winnings, they requested a video verification for tomorrow
For complete happiness, after so many hours of torment they blocked my account, help me sort it out!!!!
I never received the call from the manager at the scheduled time. I asked support about it and was told that that time was also taken, okay I picked another time – also taken, picked a third – also taken, so I wrote to them myself asking when they could call so I could plan. Understand me correctly, I have 4 kids with the youngest on maternity leave, three schoolchildren; I don’t really want to sit and spend the day waiting for when they’ll call. They replied to me that they would accommodate me when it’s convenient, but the times that are convenient for me are in the first half of the day, and for them everything is booked then.
