SpinBit Casino did not issue a $150 bonus
Complaint from Elenaspoty to SpinBit Casino dated 1/13/23
My friend didn’t receive the bonus of 150 New Zealand dollars. He made a deposit and was verified on January 9. On January 10 I sent 3 emails to referral(@)spinbit(.)com asking them to credit his bonus. Today it’s been more than 48 hours and they haven’t replied. I started asking support what’s going on today, January 12, they said referrals are overloaded, and I should send another email to them. I sent another email and got this in response:
So I think they did this on purpose by only checking the last email, so they wouldn’t credit the bonus.
