SpinWin Casino: deposited via 3DS but 21,700 RUB not credited
Complaint from syyplay to SpinWin Casino dated 6/26/23
On May 21 I made a deposit of 21,700 rubles via a bank card. The transaction was processed through 3ds. At first they couldn’t find it via the receipt. Yesterday I provided a card statement for May 21. They say the payee is not related to them. So how am I supposed to prove that to them now? The payee is some Kyrgyz bank. Did they want it to say casino SpinWin there? Out of curiosity I created a deposit request but didn’t pay. Everything was the same. The same Kyrgyz bank payee. And I’ll say that this payee appeared not only for this casino, but the funds didn’t get credited specifically here. I was ready to provide them a video showing that when I try to make a deposit this payee pops up. I didn’t even have time to write, the chat got blocked after a couple seconds.
