Starda Casino: deposit crediting of 4010 RUB has been delayed since 16.06.2206
Complaint from RINOCHKA74 to Starda Casino dated 6/22/26
On 16.06 I made a deposit of 4010, but it never arrived. I sent them the receipt and a bank statement, and they told me to wait, that they would reply by email. The 6th day of waiting came, I could not stand it anymore and wrote to them myself. It turned out that the payment method did reply after all, and the problem was that, apparently, it had to be made as an internal bank transfer, that is, if I was depositing from Yandex Bank, then it had to be from Yandex Bank as well. There was no information about this when I made the deposit, and even today there still is not. Before that I had used this payment provider about 20 times, there were delays of several days, but the money always arrived. When I asked in support chat why there is nowhere any information that it had to be an internal bank transfer, the answer was always the same. They said the information is in the deposit section, but when you go into deposits, voila, THERE IS NO SUCH INFORMATION THERE (and again, this was far from my first payment through the Yandex provider).
The casino flat-out refuses to credit the deposit, blaming the payment system, but in my opinion the mistake is entirely on the casino’s side, because they do not provide any information that deposits have to be made as internal bank transfers.
