Good evening! While wagering my deposit they blocked my account with a balance of 39,000 rubles. They haven’t been replying to email for 3 months. I don’t deny that I insulted them, but I think blocking an account with a balance is unfair. I tried to contact support in chat. I explain everything as it is. They say the decision is final and ask me to stop “spamming.” Today they blocked me in the chat, although I didn’t insult anyone.

I chatted with them about three more times. I sent them a complaint. They still insist on their position. Violation: clause 17.1
I’m no longer interested in the future life of the account. Fine – if my insults hurt them that much, then let them not lift the block. Let them return the remaining 39,000 rubles. The gameplay has nothing to do with insulting the operator. They could have blocked my chat instead of blocking the entire account.
