Tonplay Casino: 31.12.20235 permanently blocked account with $1,400
Complaint from Arturchek to Tonplay Casino dated 12/31/25
Hello, they blocked my account while withdrawing 110,000 rubles. I made 2 deposits, the first 4,100, the second deposit 1,900. I lost the first deposit together with all the bonuses – I played sports and slots. I lost the second deposit and decided to try to play out the bonus on the second deposit, I cleared the bonus to the max and won 21,000, after which I went to play slots and blackjack. I won 70,000 in blackjack and requested a withdrawal, but the account was blocked for verification. I waited 3 days, then they told me it was undergoing an additional check. I waited another 4 days, and today they told me they had blocked the account. Please sort this out with them. I was registered on the Zhetton site and blocked myself there because I lost a lot and wanted to stop. The account is from the same Telegram as Tonplay. I can restore the account and give it to you for review so you can see that if I didn’t do any shenanigans on that account, why would I do them on this one, and you will see that my deposits and use of bonuses are absolutely identical, only there I lost a lot, and here I won by accident.

@vyacheslavlenin it’s all the same there from bonuses to everything else, and if I had done some fraud here, then why did I ask them to block the account myself there, and not do any crap, I’m saying that unblocking it and giving it to you and you’ll see everything yourselves, direct proof that I’m not a fraudster

Basically the casino is a scam, if you win big they’ll definitely block you and you’ll lose your money, don’t be fooled, if needed I can provide evidence that I’m not a cheater
